All questionsCan you build to our own drawing or sample?
Yes. Send a drawing, a photo with dimensions or a sample. Our engineers check it and confirm the design with you before we quote.
Which dimensions can you change?
Length, width, height, number and position of shelves, mesh size and castor type. We confirm the load capacity for every custom design.
Which finishes and colours are available?
Zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating in a RAL colour of your choice. Stainless steel for food, medical and wet areas.
Can you add our logo or brand colours?
Yes, for bulk orders: logo plates, printing on plastic parts, moulded logos on baskets and carts, and plastic parts in your brand colour.
Do you make a sample before mass production?
Yes. Custom orders start with a sample for your approval. Before shipping we send photos and a video of the finished goods.
What is the minimum order for a custom product?
It depends on the product and on what changes. Tell us the quantity you need and we confirm the MOQ and lead time in our quotation.
