Load capacity, base type, nesting and castors: what to check before you order.

A roll container looks simple, but small choices decide how long it lasts and how much space it saves. These are the points we check with every buyer before we quote.
Start with the heaviest load the container will carry and how it moves: by hand on a warehouse floor, on a tail lift, or in and out of trucks every day. Most store delivery containers carry 400 to 600 kg.
Two-sided containers are easy to load from the front and back. Three and four-sided models with doors keep mixed goods secure in transit.
Foldable sides save space on the return journey. Nestable A-frame bases slide into each other and are quicker to stack. Choose by how often the containers travel empty.
Zinc plating suits most warehouses and cold stores. Powder coating adds a colour code for routes or customers.
Send us your load, size and finish in an RFQ and we will suggest a model or a custom version.
