Most of our metal products are zinc plated after welding. Doing this in our own factory gives us control over the finish and the schedule.
From raw tube to finished part
Steel tube and wire are cut, formed and welded in our workshops, then cleaned and plated on our own line.
Quality checks
We check coating thickness and finish on every batch, and test samples before mass production on custom orders.
Shorter lead times
No waiting for an outside plating shop means more predictable delivery dates for bulk and project orders.
